Igda’s Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken is a breeze to make as well as a super delicious weeknight meal for busy families or single people on the go.  Simply place 2 or 3 boneless skinless free-range chicken breasts (rinsed and patted dry) at the bottom of a Crock Pot.  Add minced ginger & garlic, homemade teriyaki sauce or store-bought, and water or chicken broth to cover.  Toss in some peppery seasonings like freshly cracked black or a fiery dose of red-hot cayenne for those spicy-philes (no salt needed).  Set on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours and voila!  Dinner is done by the time you get home.  Serve this succulent slowly braised chicken on a bed of sticky white or brown rice and top it all off with fresh steamed broccoli florets.  Who needs take out when cooking a healthy and substantial meal is this easy?  We certainly don’t think so!
